Return & Refund Policy

At Kumkum Ethnic Wear, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or altered products
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our fault)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach clear images (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be:
    • Covered by us (if item is defective or incorrect)
    • Paid by the customer (for other valid returns)

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Defective or incorrect items

If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Allow additional processing time

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
